Jon's BBQ Cookin'! channel is all about using the best freshest ingredients available, then preparing them with simple techniques, letting the food speak for itself.  This is a newer channel, but I am very optimistic that this will end up being one of YouTube's best!

Playing In The Street is a super entertaining channel with some great recipes. This channel's videos are very well produced and contain much more than just a cooking tutorial. A lot of effort has went in to make them fun to watch. Tell me one other channel where you can watch a video that is narrated by a gold fish!

AlmostHealtyCooking

AlmostHealthyCooking is a channel that features really simple homestyle comfort food. This is one of those channels that deserves more viewers then it is getting right now. I think she is dishing up some good stuff!

TruckerWarren

TruckerWarren has a very cool (and interesting) YouTube channel. He's a long haul trucker and a damn good outdoor cook! Instead of being bound by the food offered at truck stops or fast food joints, Warren creates meals fit for any dinner table!

Truck driver or not, anyone can benefit from this channel. Thanks Warren!

My New Blog!

Hello!

I am a YouTuber with a passion for outdoor cooking. My motto is, "Anything tastes better when cooked outdoors." I believe this with all of my heart. I don't need an excuse or perfect weather to cook outdoors. And I will cook (or at least try) anything outdoors. I'm into the very traditional style of outdoor cooking. Barbecue is low and slow, grilling is fast and high and I love to do both. Whether it's a beef brisket on my smoker for fifteen hours, or a cake backing on my Weber. When I'm outside cooking I'm in heaven.

I started shooting videos of my cooks in 2009 and have a pretty successful YouTube channel called Ballistic BBQ. Through my channel I have developed relationships with several YouTube cooks. And that is why I am creating this channel. I thought it would be a good idea to create a site to share other YouTube cooking channels.
